2. Medical Disclaimer
All medical services are performed by licensed clinics/doctors. We are not responsible for medical outcomes, complications, or malpractice.
3. Payments
•Facilitation fee is paid to us in advance and may be non-refundable.
•Remaining medical fees are paid directly to the clinic.
•Prices are in USD; exchange rates may vary.
4. Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable once services are booked. Clinic policies apply to procedure cancellations.
5. Travel & Accommodation
If we assist with travel/hotel bookings, these are provided by third parties. We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or service failures.
6. Patient Responsibilities
Patients must provide accurate medical information, secure visas and insurance, and follow doctor’s instructions.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited strictly to the facilitation fee paid. We are not responsible for medical, travel, or personal risks.
8. Privacy
Personal and medical data are shared only with partner clinics for service purposes, in line with data protection rules.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will be resolved in Georgian courts.
